About the role

In your role as Pensions Admin Support you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role will provide a great opportunity to deliver high-quality support to the Pensions Executive and Senior Leadership team in particular, to facilitate the coordination of key segment related committees and operating groups

What you will be doing

As a trusted part of the Pensions Operations you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting support for pensions business – agendas, reports and meeting facilitation
  • Collate and circulate meeting papers, liaising with relevant teams and individuals across the business
  • Carry out quality control processes for meeting papers and associated documents prior to despatch
  • Create draft agendas and template meeting notes
  • Create action logs and follow up on outstanding actions
  • Attend and minute meetings
  • Attend and minute meetings
  • Log and then follow up actions arising out of meetings with IAP
  • Create draft agendas for IAP meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the pensions executive and Senior leadership team
  • Draft standard documentation for review
  • Assist with the creation of presentations and meeting papers
  • Provide administrative support for the Liverpool Voice initiative
  • Organise meeting dates, and carry out tasks required in the effective facilitation of meetings e.g. room booking and catering arrangements, calendar invites, updating meeting schedules
  • Maintain meeting schedules and communicate any changes to relevant individuals.
  • Deal efficiently and confidentially with internal and external correspondence, emails and telephone calls. Filtering, prioritising and actioning as appropriate.
  • Liaise with Executives and their PAs to ensure prompt follow up of actions/outstanding issues
  • Arranging purchase orders and payment of supplier invoices (where necessary).
