CMM Inspector

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a highly-regulated manufacturer in Derbyshire who are currently looking for a CMM Inspector role to join the business on an initial 12 month FTC with a strong possibility of it becoming permanent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a renowned manufacturer with access to high-tech machinery and equipment. This role is on a shift basis and has the option of overtime.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- First off inspection of production components
- Full first article inspection reporting
- Final Inspection
- Subcontract Inspection
- Raising of deliveries
- Producing other technical reports as required
- Internal calibration of equipment
- Raise any non-conformance issues on any item as soon as they are identified using the company procedures
- Support investigation of the non-conformance process
- Assist in set up reduction, lean, continuous improvement activities as required
I'm keen to speak to CMM Inspectors with the following experience:
- Experience with technical measuring equipment (CMM, Faro Arm etc.)
- Familiar with engineering measuring and gauging equipment
- Knowledge of CMM programming desirable
- Able to read and understand technical documentation and engineering drawings
