What you will be doing

To deliver an operational support service which meets business need and enables effective implementation of the operational strategy across Ricoh Ireland.

  • To monitor the operations email inbox and respond to email queries within the agreed two-hour SLA to ensure delivery of an operational support service which meets and exceeds our division and business SLAs.
  • To ensure all day-to-day operational functions are owned fully, actioned correctly, professionally and responded to in a timely manner.
  • To take ownership and support Business Processes such as Smart Returns, Smart Meter, eService and Siebel Toner management processes within the Operations Team.
  • Forward logistics: This involves collaborating with the sales order team to facilitate the seamless delivery and installation of hardware following a sales order. This entails accepting handover from the SOP team and efficiently managing the logistics of delivery and installation. The process includes coordinating with both internal field service personnel and external customers to ensure a smooth transition and successful installation of new hardware.
  • To ensure all Direct and Indirect sales orders requests are actioned in a timely and accurate manner, in line with company policies and inclusive of all legal documentative requirements. To also ensure any orders or reports channelled through the teams are actioned efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction as well as a completed status within the SLA.
  • To work on annuity-based projects within the operations and service business units to delivery cost savings to the business.
  • To become the process owner and escalation point for multiple external customer platforms and processes ensuring all matters are dealt with efficiently.
  • Influence and build trusted relationships with customers/budget holders; through credible/specialist knowledge of all current and relevant process and offerings which fulfils customer requirements.
  • To manage, develop and uphold compliance excellence, within a high performing team which fosters a culture to drive best practices and encourage positive behaviours, gain credibility and become a trusted advisers to our customers.
