• Managing all aspects of the quantity surveying function.
• Overseeing cost control, budget management, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and relevant regulations.
• Collaborating with project teams to optimise cost-effectiveness.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Providing accurate and timely project cost analysis.

Requirements:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on NEC contracts.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership skills to guide junior team members.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, CostX).
