Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking for a challenging yet rewarding role in children's services? The London Borough of Merton is seeking experienced professionals like you to join their dynamic Assessment and Intervention Team.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and investigations in child protection cases
• Developing and implementing intervention plans to support families in crisis
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of children
• Providing support and guidance to children and families at risk
• Advocating for children's rights and promoting positive outcomes

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• Experience in Assessment and Intervention within Children's Services
• Strong assessment and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage a varied caseload
