Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in the banking industry? Our client, one of the largest financial institutions headquartered in Japan, is seeking an Anti Bribery and Corruption Analyst to join their team. In this entry-level position, you will receive comprehensive training and have the chance to make a real impact.

As an Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Analyst, you will play a crucial role in protecting the organisation from the risks associated with bribery, financial crime, and sanctions. You will be responsible for reviewing and investigating ABC requests, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and conducting periodic reviews of relationships to assess risk. Additionally, you will review and document gifts and entertainment submissions to ensure completeness and escalate any potential risks.

Working on a fixed-term contract until March 2025, with the possibility of extensions, you will have the flexibility to work from home for the majority of the time, with two days per week spent in our client's London office. This hybrid working arrangement allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse ABC requests and conduct periodic reviews to mitigate risks
Review and document gifts and entertainment submissions
Collaborate with various teams and provide guidance on ABC and gifts and entertainment matters
Participate in training new team members
Contribute to departmental performance improvement initiatives
Prepare reports for bank committees

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
