Randstad UK are currently looking for a Complaints Investigator for a position based in Witney.

This is a 6 month role minimum, with potential for extension or a permanent position once complete.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to;

  • Support the development, implementation, and improvement of Quality Systems for the Complaints Department to ensure effective and compliant processes and procedures which meet the needs of the client and its customers.
  • Conduct investigations on customer-returned products in accordance with site and divisional procedures.

The ideal candidate will be educated to secondary level standard, and will bring experience from a manufacturing/production environment (regulated environment preferred).
You will be PC Literate, including being comfortable using Microsoft packages.
You will be a proactive individual who takes initiative and is able to work independently as well as part of a high performing cross functional team within a regulated, quality-driven environment.
