Interim Finance Director
We are recruiting an Interim Finance Director for a valued client based in Derbyshire. The company is an established manufacturing business, who are looking to bring in an experience Finance Director to review, improve and implement new controls, processes and systems.
Requirements
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure
- Analyse and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors
- Preparation of all financial reporting
- Manage budgeting process
- Oversee the preparation of year-end accounts and liaising with auditors
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Manage company's cash flow and forecasting
Experience:
- Qualified ACA / ACMA / ACCA
- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact at all levels
- Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting
The role is offered initially on an Interim basis but with a longer term permanent option if interested for the right candidate.
Initially on a 3-6 month basis
£90,000 - £120,000
