To be considered you will need to be a confident MFL Teacher who has been graded as 'Good' or better by Ofsted in recent observations. The school are looking for applicants who are ambitious, driven and passionate about progressing in their career and have visions of becoming a lead practitioner in the future. Previous experience in an inner-city school is desirable but not essential. The successful MFL Teacher will possess excellent behaviour management techniques, as well as effective classroom practice that will ensure your students will exceed expectations and achieve great exam results. About the MFL Teacher Role

In this MFL Teacher post you will be joining the school's dynamic MFL Department. The department are keen for you to take an interest in boosting academic performance, establishing how your students best learn, and developing specific learning pathways to help them maximise their potential. As this is a school that understands the importance of full staff support, as a MFL Teacher you will be working closely with a successful senior teacher in order to help you find your feet. You will be required to teach up to GCSE level, so it will be your responsibility to attend regular training to ensure your teaching practice is up to date and the best possible standard.
