AK Teaching is seeking dedicated Behaviour Support Assistants to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of students at an SEMH school in Cramlington.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs
- Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies
- Foster a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging activities
- Monitor and track student progress
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in behaviour management, preferably in a similar educational setting
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through AK Teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable approach
