Position Sought: Estimator

Contract: Freelance (Outside IR35)

My client who is a repeatable tier 1 contract within the UK and international market, is looking for an experienced and reliable freelance/contract Estimator to assist with tender documentation and pricing for several multi-millon pound railway projects specifically station buildings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for majority of the pre-construction stage of the projects. Ideally the candidate will have to have experience in pricing/tendering railway station/depots or of that nature. This is a freelance role for duration 3-6 moths

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 7 years experience within an Estimating position.
• Have previously or currently been in a Estimating role.
• Experience working with NEC forms of contract.
• Experience working on railway or infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
