Aker Solutions in Dyce, Aberdeen are looking for a Lead Instrument Engineer for a 3 year Brownfield modifications contract.
The contract provides flexible working arrangements for this inside IR35 role. A staff role is also available.

Responsibilities:

Lead team of instrument engineers and designers
  • Required activities to facilitate smooth and timely delivery of assigned C&I Engineering scopes to acceptable company standard
  • Progress reporting as required for assigned scopes
  • Compliance with policy, process, and regulations
  • Project awareness of risks and mitigating actions
  • Promotion of compliance with company Health & Safety standards
  • Lead / participate in meetings as required to deliver the contracted scope of work.
We think you should have:
  • Proven experience of offshore brownfield modification projects
  • Sound working knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards
  • Conversant with appropriate technical software
  • Strong, professional communication still with experience in client facing roles
  • Degree is preferred, CEng would be great
