My client is a industry civil engineering contractor with multiple contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage a Commercial Groundworks contract based in Essex.
My client has continuous work and long term additional projects.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Contracts Manager and Director.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Writing RAMS
• Producing programmes.
• Managing subcontractors
• Providing progress reports
• Managing procurement and sourcing of labour.
Project Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• Experienced writing programmes.
• Experienced within commercial groundworks projects for specialist contractors.
• Full UK Driving License
