EUC Service Lead

I am looking for a seasoned individual to come in and help the End User Support function. Some of the responsibilities will be as follows.

  • Review Existing EUC processes with a plan to implement process and behavioural improvement.
  • Review existing Knowledge articles to ensure that they are fit for purpose i.e. are they relevant & up to date
  • Put in place and document a good customer service practise that is measurable.
  • Support and have best in service mindset
  • Help drive and understand the Win11 BAU support requirements during migration phases (i.e. what does good hyper care look like)
