Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract business analyst who has experience of working on a global servicedesk or help desk implementation with servicenow. This is for a fantastic client, you will work hybrid and need to go to site in London once in a while, daily rate is £550 a day outside IR35.

- Successfully leading business analysis activities within complex organizational environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
- Comprehensive understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Must have worked on a servicenow implementation on a global scale

- Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical industry
