Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a proficient teacher of English to join a secondary academy in Oldham.

This is a full-time temporary supply teaching role from September 2024 to December 2024 initially.

The Job:

Teacher of English Language and Literature to GCSE

Five days a week

Calm confident behaviour management skills where students can share beliefs in a safe supportive environment

A flexible teacher able to adapt lessons to a broad range of abilities, beliefs and cultures.

Experience of teaching English to students who have improved their predicted GCSE grade from 3 to 6 or higher is desirable.

The academy are interested in hearing from early career teachers, experienced QTS teachers or FE lecturers with experience of teaching AQA GCSE English to students aged 11 to 16.

• Hold QTS Status or QTLS
