Contract: September 2024 - July 2025 (Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Learning Support Practitioner to join our team at a primary school in Walsall. You will be working across KS1. As a Supply Learning Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers and supporting students' learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include providing one-to-one support, facilitating group activities, and assisting with classroom management.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Qualification in Supporting and Learning in Schools (or higher) preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different learners
  • Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Criminal Conviction Check (DBS) required
  • Openness to working at other schools in Walsall through the supply agency if not successful for this role
