Senior HR Consultant
Rotherham
£22 per hour (umbrella)
Full Time Contract ( 1-2 months )
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior HR Consultant in Rotherham. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- Deliver a professional advice and consultancy service that meets strategic objectives and positively influences the employee's experience
- Assess all cases before determining the appropriate route for resolution, e.g., via discussion, mediation, or facilitated conversation
- Carry out job evaluation in accordance with the relevant job evaluation scheme and local conventions
- Proactively manage all assigned cases, e.g., resolution (grievance, bullying & harassment), disciplinary, capability, sickness
- Supervise HR Consultants
The candidate:
- CIPD Level 7 essential
- Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector is preferred
- Experience of working within a trade union environment is essential
