Hours: 40 Per Week

Duration: Long Term – Total of 48x plots on site. 2 Bedroom Cottages
Location: Alcester
We are looking for a mechanical labour only subcontractors for a retirement village project located in Alcester. The village contains 48 plots of 2 Bedroom Cottages. Certain phases due to go into 1st fix stage
Description – Full Drawings and Scope can be provided on request.
- All Mechanical installations
- Bathrooms / Kitchens
- Heat Source Pumps
Required Skills:
- Valid CSCS in plumbing/Mechanical
- Knowledge of Mechanical installs
- Previous experience on a large commercial site
- 2 x professional references
