Pay: £150 - £250 per day

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team, providing instruction for Key Stage 3 and 4 students within a Secondary School in Hailsham. The ideal candidate will inspire students to engage with the complexities of mathematics, fostering enthusiasm for the subject and facilitating their academic progress.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement dynamic and effective maths lessons tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to active participation and achievement.
• Evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, offering constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching materials and methodologies.
• Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience teaching maths at the secondary school level, preferably within the UK education system.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for mathematics education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their academic potential.
