Job Description:

We are in search of a passionate and committed Science Teacher to join our dedicated team, providing coverage for Key Stage 3 and 4 within a Secondary School in St Leonards. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore the wonders of science, fostering enthusiasm for the subject and facilitating their academic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging and effective science lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and achievement.
• Assess student progress using a variety of methods, offering constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and strategies.
• Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience teaching science at the secondary school level, preferably within the UK education system.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for science education.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their academic potential.
