Job Opportunity: Examinations Officer at SBUSixth (Brixton Hill Site)
Are you passionate about education and ensuring the smooth running of examination processes? SBUSixth at the Brixton Hill site is currently seeking an experienced Examinations Officer to join our team. This is an immediate vacancy, with the ideal candidate ready to start tomorrow.
Role Description: As an Examinations Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of examinations within our sixth form setting. This includes coordinating exam schedules, liaising with examination boards, overseeing exam administration, and providing support to staff and students throughout the examination period. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in dealing with end-to-end exams, preferably within a sixth form setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, approximately 8am-4pm.
