The Role – Behaviour Mentor

Qualiteach are looking for 2 passionate, experienced, and supportive Behaviour Mentors to join one of our East London primary schools to support KS1 students with behavioural needs. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be doing group interventions wit6h groups of up to 5 students and planning sessions and activities to promote positive behaviour and working as part of a team. The role of the Behaviour Mentor is for a support assistant with experience supporting students with learning difficulties and behavioural issues and will consist of the mentor acting as a strong role model to the students. The role is an immediate starting position and is a long-term, full-time role for a minimum length until the end of the academic year.

The school is a mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Newham, in East London and is a form entry 2 primary school catering for students aged 4-11 years old. The school is an Ofsted rated “Outstanding” primary school with many local transport links available.
