Days: Monday to Friday (39 weeks per year)

Hours: 8.30-3.30

Pay: £ (£85-£95 per day)!!

Simply Education are currently seeking a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant in Winsford to work in a local primary school supporting children with SEND. The role is to start officially in September but for the right person would be before the end of the school year.

We are seeking committed Teaching Assistants who can provide consistency, care and support in a mainstream primary environment. The children you will be working with will require patience and support to enable them to access the work planned out by the teacher using a variety of differentiated support outlined by the classroom teacher.

The roles will be working from Reception to Year 6 and therefore we are able to find the age group that you are best suited too. You will be based in the classroom supporting students to access the work set out by the class Teachers. The Teachers will work closely with you to enable you to best support the children you will be working with. To be successful in this role the key requirements are patience and consistency, you will be supporting students to keep them on task and allowing the children to feel comfortable within school and grow their character.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a positive attitude and approach towards children and learning.

A great work ethic.

A genuine passion for education.

6+ months experience would be ideal however any experience will be considered.

An understanding of SEND

Proof of ‘Right to Work in the UK’

10 year checkable work/education history.
