About the Role:
GSL Education are looking for a committed Primary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Sheffield. This role involves supporting classroom activities and providing targeted help to students, enhancing their learning experiences and contributing to their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of daily classroom activities and lessons.
• Support individual students and small groups, helping to reinforce learning objectives.
• Help manage classroom resources and prepare materials for lessons.
• Encourage a positive learning environment and assist with the management of student behavior.

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience working in a primary educational setting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show commitment to professional development and learning.
• Possess qualifications relevant to the role of Teaching Assistant.
