Duties:

• Engage with individuals in conversations to gather information about their needs ensuring that all relevant support is accessed and available to the individual.
• Support individuals to address broad barriers to work by providing information, advice and guidance regarding the support available; access to training and education.
• To be responsible for establishing good working relationships both internally and externally.

Experience:

• Experience of working for an externally funded project.
• Knowledge of related services provided by the statutory, voluntary and private sector.
• Comprehensive IT skills and ability to maintain electronic records, with attention to detail.
