🎓 The Role: As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you'll work closely with students to provide academic support, guidance, and encouragement both inside and outside the classroom. Whether it's assisting with homework, delivering study skills workshops, or offering mentorship and pastoral care, your positive influence will make a lasting difference in the lives of our students.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in need of additional assistance
  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback and encouragement
  • Acting as a positive role model and mentor, promoting resilience and a growth mindset
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to support the holistic development of students

👩‍🎓 What We're Looking For:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in education, psychology, or a related field
  • Passion for working with young people and supporting their academic and personal development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
