Introduction


Our client, a leading company in the Aerospace industry, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team.



Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and manage projects within the Aerospace sector, adhering to strict quality standards and deadlines.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
  • Manage project scope, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may affect project timelines or deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.



Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in project management, preferably within the Aerospace industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.


Candidates must be eligible to undergo Baseline security clearance and adhere to ITAR restrictions.
