  • Warrington/Sellafield/Stockton
  • Hybrid, 3 days a week on site
  • 12-Month Contract
  • Negotiable rate of pay Inside IR35
  • 42 Hours Per week

About the Role:

The Energy Division at Advanced Resource Manager is currently Outcell Lead Package Manager to join a Civil Engineering Business, that offers services within the nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate the delivery of multi-discipline work packages including engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for Plant Areas or Systems
  • Assume 'cradle to grave' accountability for a work package, ensuring all changes are identified and managed, and configuration control is maintained.
  • Lead the package team to ensure key project milestones are met in accordance with timescale, budget, and quality targets.
  • Inform and assist Project Management in identifying resources required to deliver the work scope.
  • Act as a key contact for and manage interfaces with external suppliers and design houses engaged in the packages.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in managing packages of work on EPC projects or similar
  • Proven track record of successfully working on NEC3 projects.
  • Qualification in Project Management is preferable
  • Experience and demonstrated abilities in working as part of a collaborative team in a multi-discipline environment.
  • Experience in Mechanical and EC&I services.
  • Experience within the nuclear sector.
  • Hold a minimum HND or equivalent.
  • The ability to obtain BPSS security clearance.
