Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's holistic development, including social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and observations to monitor children's progress and inform future planning and interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents/carers, and external agencies to provide the best possible support and learning opportunities for all children.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or specialization in Early Years Education.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in Early Years pedagogy.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
