3rd Line Data Engineering Specialist

100% on-site - 5 days a week (Southampton site)

£420 per day
This role is dedicated to providing technical support and managed services to customers using Data Services technologies round the clock, 365 days a year. My client aims to excel in customer service and strive to be the top choice in the European business market. Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues and customer requests within defined standards.
- Document and communicate progress of incidents and requests.
- Collaborate with units for issue resolution.
- Develop technical knowledge within the team.
- Participate in on-call support and serve as SME for designated clients.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years in systems integrator support.
- In-depth knowledge of EMS products and IT systems.
- Experience in service lifecycle management.
- Strong technical expertise in Data Services technologies.
- Proficiency in service improvement and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred.
- Vendor professional level certification required.
- ITIL v4 Foundation level preferred.
- BPSS, SC, and NPPV clearance mandatory.
