Salary: £12.82
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – 09:00 till 17:00
Employment Type: On going work
Igloo have got an exciting new opportunity with one of our customers who are based in Coventry. Our customer is a large automotive company who deal with the logistics and distribution of automotive parts and products all over the UK and Europe.
The Job Role
- Being the point of contact for certain customer
- Manager and maintain relationships with Customers/dealer and any internal departments
- Dealing with any customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manor
- Creating requests for products to be picked
- Updating systems with costs and sales
- Booking transport for the products to be delivered
What we are looking for
- Logistics, Transport, or manufacturing background
- Strong Administration skills (especially in Microsoft Packages)
- Excellent communication skills
