Teaching Assistant - Autism Specialist

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils with Autism? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted good school to provide effective 1:1 and group support.
Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with ASC in their academic and social development.
- Assist in the implementation of EHCPs.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a supportive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one support and small group interventions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every pupil feels valued and respected.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with ASC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Relevant certifications or training in special education or related fields are a plus.
