The Role:

• Learning Support Assistants should collaboarate closely with their enthusiastic KS1 team to provide exceptional support for students with various SEND needs.
• Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that caters to the unique needs of each child.
• Deliver personalised 1:1 and group support, using effective strategies and interventions.
• Team up with teachers and support staff to monitor progress and provide valuable feedback.
• Prepare and adapt teaching materials to ignite curiosity and ensure accessibility for all students.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow colleagues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children as a Learning Support Assistant.
• A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
• Demonstrated patience, compassion, and a deep understanding of children's needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player at heart.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or special needs.
