Freelance Quantity Surveyor required with COINS experience for a period of around two - three months in leading two large affordable housing developments within the Thames Valley and Surrey.
Offering flexi / hybrid working between the head office, the projects and home.
Duties as follows:
- Procurement
- HA Applications – Monthly
- Payments – Fortnightly / Monthly
- Attending PRMS, HA Meetings – Monthly
- Site Visits
- CVRs Via Coins – Monthly
