Introduction:

Our client, a leading company in the Rail sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important project in the industry - Birmingham New Street.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervise and manage electrical works on-site.
• Conduct EICR testing and inspections.
• Review technical information and reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations based on findings.
• Lead and coordinate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
• Maintain communication with project stakeholders, reporting progress, addressing concerns, and resolving issues as they arise.
• Uphold compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

• ECS / JIB Gold Card
• Sentinel PTS
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in EICR testing, CMS, earthing and bonding, and other electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage workload, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze technical information, write comprehensive reports, and make informed recommendations.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts as required by project demands.
