A Housing Association in South East England is seeking a diligent and proactive Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, investigating, and resolving incidents of anti-social behaviour within the local community.
Responsibilities:
• Investigate any reports of anti-social behaviour promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent and reduce incidents of ASB.
• Compile detailed reports and maintain accurate records of all incidents.
• Provide support and guidance to individuals affected.
Desired:
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of anti-social behaviour legislation and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse communities sensitively.
