Responsibilities:
- Install and refurbish AIS/GIS switchgear and associated P&C panels.
- Maintain and repair LVAC boards, SCS systems, and PRR’s.
- Conduct electrical works on blockhouses, marshalling kiosks, and supplies pillars.
- Implement telecommunication and battery board installations.
- Service transformers, shunt reactors, circuit breakers, disconnectors, earth switches, CT’s, VT’s, and CVT’s.

Qualifications and Authorizations:
- Valid National Grid Person Authorisation is essential.
- Proven experience in electrical installation and refurbishment in high-voltage environments.
- Familiarity with National Grid safety rules and operational procedures.

Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Wireman in the energy sector.
- Hands-on experience with AIS/GIS switchgear, P&C panels, and other substation equipment.
