Role Overview:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive B2C sales. You will work closely with our operationaly team to develop & execute social media strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to drive B2C sales and increase brand visibility.
• Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community management, and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and stay updated on platform algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns.
• Analyse social media metrics and performance to optimize strategies and campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.
• Work on-site for a few days to gain a deep understanding of the business and its target audience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on B2C sales growth.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
