Site Manager/ Project Manager

Experienced Site Manager needed to work on multiple projects in Kent and the South East.
My client is undertaking an extensive multi-project contract across the South East. This mixed use renovation contract will include a variety of work including upgrade to existing facilities; new build works; and conversion to new use.
My client is willing to consider candidate on a contracting/ self-employed basis or on a temp to perm basis.
There will be the opportunity to progress into a Project Manager/ Contracts Manager.
Start date: immediate
Site Locations: Kent & South East England
Rate: based on experience
Key Duties:
- Managing daily site operations efficiently and effectively.
- Carrying out work in accordance with the project specific practices
- Working closely with all stake holders including: Project Management; Client; and Sub-contractors.
- Participation in or leading Team Meetings, ensuring valuable input from design sub-contractors.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working within controlled environments
- Excellent people and time management skills
- IT literate, emails, reports, H&S etc
- SMSTS & First Aid
- NVQ 6/Black CSCS card
