Teaching Assistant (TA): £85-£100 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teaching staff to pinpoint students necessitating additional support across core subjects.

• Act as a conduit between classroom educators and support services, facilitating cohesive strategies for student advancement.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting, with a focus on intervention methodologies.
• Demonstrable proficiency in deploying effective intervention techniques, informed by evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Desirable qualifications or certifications in educational psychology or specialized intervention strategies.
