We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader/Maintenance Worker to join our team at a TV and film studio based in Berkshire. This position is ongoing and offers a competitive rate of £200 per day.

Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks within the studio premises, including but not limited to:

• Replacing door handles, hinges, and locks.
• Installing and repairing light fixtures and electrical fittings.
• Basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains.
• Painting and decorating as required.
• Carpentry work such as minor repairs and adjustments.
• Use your own tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress and any issues encountered.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Worker, preferably in a commercial or studio setting.
• Proficiency in a range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
• Own transportation and valid driving license to reach the studio location.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
