Electrical Maintenance Engineer Newport area, South Wales-Commutable from Newport, Magor, Cwmbran, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Caldicot, Pontypool, Chepstow, Avonmouth, Bristol £420/DAY (Inside IR35) Minimum 2-3 Months 4 on, 4 off days/nights, 7-7.

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Technician, looking for a well paid contract role with a household name in the FMCG sector?

The role offers possible extension and temp to perm for those who want it, plus a great name to add to the portfolio.

The position will include planned and reactive maintenance plus fault diagnosis in a fast paced environment, which will include working on PLC controlled systems.

The Role

1. Full time contract, shift based position with a large FMCG Manufacturer.

2. Fault diagnosis, planned and reactive maintenance on Electrical machinery including PLC's.

3. Possible extension and temp to perm.

The Person

1. Qualification (18th edition) and/or apprentiship in Electrical Engineering

2. Working experience in a Electrical maintenance position, including fault diagnosis

3. FMCG environment preferred but will look at other background (EG industrial, armed forces etc.).

4. Willing to work shifts/nights with a UK driving licence.
