Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a Project Near Bristol
The project is 46 Residential Units,
My client requires a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to be site based and initially undertake all procurement moving on to package management and cost reporting. Reporting to a Commercial Manager, you will have full support where required.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have previously worked for a main contractor, ideally on residential projects, although this is not essential. You will be commercially savvy and driven with attention to detail.
This is a 4 to 6 months Freelance Contract
