Building Surveyor

Rate: Dependent on Experience

Location: Manchester

Position: 2 Year Contract

Our client, who is a large rail company, is looking for Building Surveyors to support with the delivery of a cost effective surveying service, support design solutions to internal and external clients and to assist in developing and supporting the maintenance of surveying standards and work instructions.

Requirements:

• An ability to work and communicate effectively in a team context.

• A working Knowledge of topographical surveying.

• Working towards on ONC/OND in a relevant discipline.

• A Surveying degree or equivalent industry-recognised training qualification.

• Membership of a relevant engineering professional institution.

• A working knowledge of rail engineering; relevant successful experience working in the principal discipline and an adequate understanding of all other related disciplines.

• Construction Design Management competence.

• Full Driving Licence.
