Are you available on an immediate basis and looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and exciting team, providing support over the summer months on a Fixed Term Contract basis.

Duties

• Monitoring customer accounts and overdue payments
• Working closely with clients to resolve and discrepancy in billings
• Maintaining accurate transaction records
• Preparation of records of debt recovery and transactions
• Responding to any queries in a timely and professional manner
• Identifying and practising outstanding debts and fees and chasing accordingly

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a credit control or related financial role
• Strong attention to details and excellent organisation
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Strong time management skills
• Proficient IT skills – MS  Word, Excel and Office
