Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Support Worker on behalf of a Public Sector organisation based in Warwickshire.
The Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity to join a charity creating change to those vulnerable within society. This is a full time opportunity at a time of growth with the possibility of you growing your own team. There is opportunity for immediate starts on an interim to permanent basis.
Housing Support experience is a must have, please note all care applications shall be dismissed.
Key duties:
- Manage an agreed caseload
- Maintain a high level of record keeping
- Ensure voids are reported in a timely manner
- Provide advice and support relating to Housing welfare and benefits
Further information:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Competitive salary – Permanent
- £17.50 via umbrella – Interim
Requirements.
- Enhanced DBS for immediate start
- Must have a full UK drivers licence and access to a car
- Experience of working within Housing Support is required
