My client is a industry civil engineering and demolition contractor with multiple contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to join the company and manage numerous demolition contracts to high standard and grow within a ever-growing company.
My client would strongly conside a Project Manager or Site Manager looking to take a step up into a Contracts Managers position.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Managing Director.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Writing RAMS
• Producing programmes.
• Managing subcontractors
• Providing progress reports
• Managing procurement and sourcing of labour.
• Managing upto 5 industrial demolition contracts simultaneously.
Contracts Manager Requirements:
• CCDO Black Card
• SMSTS
• Experienced writing programmes..
• Experienced within industrial demolition.
• Experienced in a senior management position
