Location: Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 06:00-18:00
Salary: £12.47 p/h (£26,180 p/a)
Employment Type: Ongoing work
Igloo is looking for Yard Drivers to join our client’s team in Chipping Warden!
Our client is a market leader in the automotive industry and has operations throughout the UK.
The Role:
- Drivers will be responsible for vehicle movements within large compounds.
- Vehicles will range from small family cars through to high performance and high value cars
- Drivers will be expected to drive different transmissions, such as, manuals, automatics, semi-automatics
- Drivers will need to carry out an inspection of the vehicles prior to moving them to ensure any damage is reported
What kind of person we are looking for?
- Must hold a full clean UK driving licence
- No more than 6 points for minor offences
- Previous, professional driving experience is desirable
- Drivers will need to be happy to work out in the compound in all weather and will need to wear car friendly workwear and safety boots
