Our client is currently seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Learning & Development Administrator, your main responsibility will be to support the training and development needs of the organization by managing the training booking system and providing administrative assistance. Please note that this role will not involve delivering training sessions.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your strong admin experience and customer service skills to provide effective support to the Learning & Development team.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Take ownership of booking training courses, coordinating logistics, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A working knowledge of case management or HR systems would be beneficial in this role.


Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on HR or training support.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to efficiently manage training bookings and related administrative tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, to produce reports and manage training data.


Please note that face-to-face interviews are preferred for this position. The successful candidate will be required to work in the office three days a week.
